Cabin is building a network city: a distributed network of physical locations with a shared culture, economy, and governance. The MVP of our network city is a global coliving network for remote workers near stunning nature. We are building 10x cheaper and better living environments for people to colive together, conserve nature, and create new things.

Cabin is structured as a DAO and supported by a broad community of online creators, ecosystem leaders, and top VCs. We use the ₡ABIN token to align incentives between participants and allow the community to govern the project. We have built one of the strongest social DAO communities and brands over the past 18 months, and are looking for a growth leader to accelerate the development of our network.
We are a small, focused team supporting a large, diverse internet-native community. Our working style is remote, flexible, collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented.

We are hiring a crucial role for this stage of the organization - the Head of Community Growth. You will be responsible for growing Cabin’s online and IRL community. Your initial focus will be bringing the next 500 true believers into the Cabin community to expand on our strong existing core.
You will support an initial team of 3 people - a content lead, growth marketer/writer, and community manager. But Cabin is a small flat organization, so you will be getting your hands dirty and doing mostly IC work to grow the demand side of our marketplace.
We are building for a digital nomad lifestyle at Cabin—you can live and work anywhere (including in our neighborhood network). We also believe in the importance of being IRL and get together as a team every 3 months for a retreat, usually in the United States.
